چکیده
Materials and methods. Scientific literature to review was collected from the PubMed database (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov), some other publications were open internet sources. Results. Herein we represent a of current data for genetics regarding hybridization events human evolution. The paper reviews ancient interactions that had place 30-1000 thousands years ago could be detected by methods genetics. Both, divergence Old World population consequent introgression processes led formation modern are analyzed. Discussion. allows study analyze genomes animals in aim discover their evolutionary relationships. reveal extinct animal allowed speak about palaeogenetics, while genome comparisons have formed new discipline, comparative genomics, an analogue anatomy. Modern genomes' analysis discovered subpopulations' relations, part which gave rise humans. Conclusion. humans result i) evolution isolated populations 200–1000 ago; ii) interaction between them. Indeed, number can see during evolution, most them reflected genomes.

Canid hybridization: contemporary evolution in human-modified landscapes
Contemporary evolution through human-induced hybridization occurs throughout the taxonomic range. Formerly allopatric species appear especially susceptible to hybridization. Consequently, hybridization is expected to be more common in regions with recent sympatry owing to human activity than in areas of historical range overlap. Coyotes (Canis latrans) and gray wolves (C. lupus) are historicall...
متن کاملElectrochemical detection of individual DNA hybridization events.
We report on real-time electrochemical detection of individual DNA hybridization events at an electrode surface. The experiment is carried out in a microelectrochemical device configured with a working electrode modified with single-stranded DNA probe molecules. When a complementary DNA strand labelled with a catalyst hybridizes to the probe, an easily detectable electrocatalytic current is obs...
متن کاملIdentifying the morphological signatures of hybridization in primate and human evolution.
Recent studies point to contact and possible admixture among contemporaneous hominin species during the Plio-Pleistocene. However, detection of hybridization in fossils-and especially fossil hominins-is contentious, and it is hindered in large part by our lack of understanding about how morphological hybridity is manifested in the primate skeleton. Here, we report on a study of known-pedigree, ...
متن کاملThe Role of Hybridization in the Evolution of Reef Corals
The importance of hybridization in the evolution of plant species is widely accepted, but its contributions to animal species evolution remain less recognized. Here we review evidence that hybridization has contributed to the evolution of reef corals, a group underpinning the coral reef ecosystem. Increasingly threatened by human and climate-related impacts, there is need to understand the evol...
متن کاملCross-Species Array Comparative Genomic Hybridization Identifies Novel Oncogenic Events in Zebrafish and Human Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma
Human cancer genomes are highly complex, making it challenging to identify specific drivers of cancer growth, progression, and tumor maintenance. To bypass this obstacle, we have applied array comparative genomic hybridization (array CGH) to zebrafish embryonal rhabdomyosaroma (ERMS) and utilized cross-species comparison to rapidly identify genomic copy number aberrations and novel candidate on...
